Historical Sketch
Toni Love was introduced to the field of cosmetology at the age of fourteen by her mother. With no intentions of continuing, an interest sparked within and she started to explore and experiment. After receiving a cosmetology license, Toni went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Management), and a Masters Degree in Continuing Education. She is currently pursuing a Educational Specialist degree. Toni also served in the U.S. Army Reserves.

While teaching cosmetology (to high school and college students), an idea for a continuing education center was visualized. Being a person who has a genuine passion for the field of cosmetology, she knew more experience was needed. She went on to become a Platform Artist for Sally Beauty Company and Director of Continuing Education for Dudley Products.

In 2002, Toni decided to carry out her vision to create a center for cosmetologists in her home state of Alabama. The Center would become the only one of its kind in the state. Toni wants us all to know that: “IT’S ALL ABOUT EDUCATION!!”

MISSION STATEMENT

Toni Love’s Training Center is an establishment for the professional cosmetologists, barbers and healthcare professionals to stay abreast of the latest hair trends and medical treatments for hair loss and to produce the highest quality of work. Education and training is needed beyond basic cosmetology. Therefore, we strive to certify cosmetologists and barbers as Hair Loss Specialists in order for them to make their clients aware of possible hair loss solutions and to collaborate with Dermatologists and other healthcare professionals.

The center is an enhancement to other cosmetology and institutions because once a student finishes basic cosmetology and barber training, they can continue their studies in specified areas of interest. By doing this, the students will increase their knowledge and awareness of medical hair loss issues, the usage of medical insurance for hair loss treatments such as, Alopecia Areata.

In this program, the cosmetologists and barbers become more valuable to the industry because of the face-to-face exposure to medical professionals through our annual Hair Loss Conference.  By utilizing Dermatologists, General Practitioners, Oncologists and other medical professionals as educators and others from corporate and private cosmetology-based companies, the graduates of this program are well-informed.

The education provided at the center will teach cosmetologists, barbers and healthcare professionals how to properly qualify a client for medical insurance approval in their salons and barbershops.  They will understand how to assist a client referred from a Dermatologist or prescribing healthcare professional.

The Hair Loss Certification Class has been in very high demand.  The graduates throughout the United States are certified in hair loss and have gained medical partners such as, major insurance companies and the Veterans Administration. The mission of the center is to continue to improve, upgrade and produce a well-educated graduate.

ADMISSION POLICY

Toni Love’s Training Center was established for licensed professionals and students. Students are required to supply an official copy of a transcript or a notarized letter of completion. If you are a student, you must be at least 18 years old.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

All students are responsible for full payment of classes before enrolling. NO STUDENT REFUNDS. If a student misses a prepaid class, the student has up to one year to take a class of equal monetary value or more.

Example:
If a class is prepaid for the amount of $695.00, the student has one year to enroll in a class of equal value; if a student then desires a class for the amount of $995.00 within the year, the $695.00 will be credited and the student will pay the $300.00 balance before enrolling in scheduled class.

Room, board and meals are NOT included in the price of any of the classes. Also, for your convenience we accept any major credit cards, bank debit cards, money orders and cashier’s checks.

NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.

No exchanges or refunds on classes, products, memberships, and/or consulting services; whether paid online, on site, or via telephone. All students and customers agree not to dispute any billed charges for classes, seminars, conferences, products, memberships and/or services with your bank and/or credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment merchant.

Transportation Information
Students are responsible for transportation and transfers.
