Terms and Conditions

The total amount borrowed must be used solely for purchases with Toni Love’s Training Center, LLC (TLTC, Inc.). If funds are used elsewhere, the lender will be notified immediately.

Please understand this is a PERSONAL LOAN/OTHER when you are completing the financing application. You may NOT borrow on this platform to use funds outside of TLTC, Inc. Any violation will result in immediate notification to the lender.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to these terms.

• Starting a Nonprofit Organization

I understand I am fully responsible for the repayment of the loan.

I understand Toni Love nor Toni Love’s Training Center, LLC can guarantee approval of a loan and is not responsible for repayment.

If the funds from the loan are used elsewhere, I understand I will be banned from enrolling with TLTC, Inc.
