We offer two ways you can purchase Toni Love’s instructional DVDs. You can either purchase the actual DVD ($40.00 each) where we will send you the DVD by mail after your order is complete. Or you can purchase the DVD for immediate online viewing. This is offered as a subscription where you can purchase any of the DVDs below to view and watch as often as you’d like for 30 days for $10.00 each. No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Transfers Policy
Effective Immediately
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. This policy governs all transactions made through our website, platforms, and in-person sales.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made with Toni Love’s Training Center are final and non-refundable.
This applies to all offerings, including but not limited to:
Training classes (virtual and in-person)
Educational programs and courses
Digital downloads and materials
Memberships and subscription services
Event registrations and conference tickets
Coaching and consulting services
Physical products, merchandise, and retail items
Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
2. No Refunds
You agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to attend or participate
Dissatisfaction with the product or service
Technical issues outside of our control
3. No Exchanges
All products and services are non-exchangeable. We do not offer substitutions for any purchases.
4. No Transfers
All purchases are non-transferable.
You may not transfer your purchase to another individual, event, service, or date.
5. Digital Products & Immediate Access
For digital products, online courses, and memberships:
Access is granted immediately or within the stated time frame.
Due to the instant delivery of digital content, these purchases are strictly non-refundable.
6. Missed Appointments, Classes, or Events
Failure to attend or participate in any scheduled service, class, coaching session, or event does not qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer.
7. Physical Products (If Applicable)
All physical product sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at toni@tonilove.com and provide photo documentation.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement. Refunds will not be issued.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree:
Not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or any payment processor.
That you have reviewed and accepted this policy prior to purchase.
That all sales are final and non-refundable.
In the event of a dispute:
We reserve the right to submit this policy, along with proof of purchase and service/product delivery, to the financial institution.
You may be held responsible for any fees, administrative costs, or collection expenses incurred.
Your access to current and future services may be revoked.

You are legally bound by these terms.
You waive any right to dispute valid charges.
